Nickolas Progule Obituary

DR. NICKOLAS S. PROGULE passed away Sunday March 16, 2008. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana September 11, 1931. Graduate of San Antonio Chiropractic College in 1952. Past President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Director of Texas Chiropractic Association 1960 - 1968. He had a private practice in Houston for over 50 years. Proceeded in death by his wife Betty three years prior. Survived by sons Steven N. Progule, Nickolas S. Progule Jr., daughter Pamela D. Progule. Sister Despina Poulakidas and her 2 daughters and son. Step-sons Alfred A. Matthews and his wife Mary and Kenneth E. Matthews. Viewing and visitation 5:00 until 8:00 P.M.,Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Houston Chapel, 501 E. 18th St., Hou., TX 77008. Graveside services 10:30 A.M., Thursday, March 20, 2008, Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 N. Main St., Hou., TX 77009.

Doc was my 2nd Father. There are no words to express my respect and love for him. He leaves a legacy of kindness, generosity, love, and so much more. I will miss him! I know he is in heaven with Betty now and that does provide some comfort.
