R. Bain Williams passed away on Monday, March 6, after struggling with Parkinson's for twelve years. He didn't let Parkinson's slow him down until around three years ago. Bain was a mover and shaker and one of a kind when it came to his generosity and compassion for others. He would never leave a stranger or friend in need, and his commitment to his community and the military was unconditional.
One would never know what to expect from Bain, and that made hanging out with him so much fun. He was a committed, dependable, and loving husband to Linda, loving and active father to Cooper and Carrie, and a loving and supportive father-in-law to Jamie.
We want to share some quotes from messages his friends lovingly sent to him as he was managing his last days:
