When we think of Virgil, we think of a man with a warm smile and a big heart. He was kind and concerned about the wellbeing of others and he was one who was involved in helping others. He certainly was an encouragement to my family.

Virgil lead the adult class studying the book of John over 10 years ago, and I still think of it as the best class on that book that I've ever been in.

Virgil will never be forgotten, and will always be in my thoughts and prayers. He helped me in my time of need without question. He provided strong support for me in my life in Jesus, and as he did for all in his strong leadership as an elder in Spring Woods Church of Christ. I will miss Virgil; I know where he is; he will always live in my heart.
May God bless his loving wife, and family.
