Meyer, Janice L.

Janice L. Meyer, age 63, of 3620 Tannery Rd., Two Rivers, died peacefully at her residence on Wednesday evening, January 27, 2016, with her family at her side.

Janice was born on February 24, 1952, in Two Rivers, a daughter of the late Richard and Leona (Schultz) Wondrash. She graduated from Washington High School in Two Rivers with the Class of 1970 and later received her CNA Certification from Fox Valley Technical College. On September 2, 1972, she married Edmund Meyer, Jr. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Over the years, Janice was employed at Mirro Aluminum Co, Paragon Electric Co. and Fisher Hamilton of Two Rivers. She played dartball in the Cool City Dartball League for many years, she enjoyed watching game shows and coffee clutch on Tuesdays and Fridays at Schroeder's Coffee Shop; she enjoyed playing games on the internet; and was an avid Packer fan; and loved being part of a family organized "Quarter Club". Above all, Janice enjoyed the time spent with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband: Edmund Meyer, Jr.; her son: Edmund (Little Ed) Meyer III and his special friend, Margie of Two Rivers; her daughter: Sara (Adam) Vnuk, of Baldwin, WI; two sisters: Rita (Charles) Peltier, Mesa, Ariz. and Carolyn (Calvin) Winnega, Two Rivers; and four brothers: Ronald (Mary) Wondrash, Mesa Ariz, James (Sharon) Wondrash, Two Rivers, Allan (Peg) Wondrash, Green Bay and Richard (Kathy) Wondrash, Two Rivers. She is further survived by sisters-in-law: Sue (Paul) Bieberitz, Sheboygan and Peggy (David) Maule, Manitowoc; along with many nieces, nephews relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law: Edmund and Leona Meyer, Sr., a niece: Lori Winnega and a nephew: Aaron Bieberitz.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Rd., Two Rivers. Officiating at the Memorial Mass will be the Rev. Maurice Mmegbuadimma, with burial of her cremated remains in Knollwood Memorial Park, Hwy 310, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. There will be no Friday evening visitation.
