MAXINE BISHOP Obituary
Maxine Emma Bishop, 76, of Richvale, Calif. passed away July 8, 2010. She was born March 29, 1934 in Aberdeen, Washington.
Maxine worked at the Richvale Cafe as cook/manager for 3 years. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxillary in Oroville. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing and was very good at both.
Maxine is survived by her son Frank Bishop of Biggs; daughters Kathie Karcher of Napa, Calif.; Robbi Proffitt of Claremore, OK; Ethel Colvin and Darlene Johnson of Oroville, Calif.; brothers Robert Vollendroff of Oroville, Calif., and twin brother Max Vollendroff of Washington state; sister Bettylou Vollendroff of Anderson, Calif.; 22 grandchildren; and 40 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 13, 2010, 4:00-8:00 pm. at Scheer Memorial Chapel. Graveside service will be Wednesday, July 14, 2010, 2:00 pm at Biggs-Gridley Cemetery.
