Kyle Hartwig Obituary

Kyle Dean Hartwig
November 13, 1989 - August 1, 2014
Kyle Dean Hartwig, 24, of Nampa, passed away August 1. He was born November 13, 1989. Kyle was employed as a Fire Suppression Technician with Shilo Plumbing. He was in the apprenticeship plumbing program and was looking forward to the day he would become a journeyman pipefitter. His family, his friends and co-workers enjoyed seeing the excitement in his eyes when he would talk about his future and where he wanted to be.
Kyle loved life and had a very positive energy. This energy and his infectious smile could never be ignored. He was ready to take on the world. His charisma was apparent any time he would walk into a room. He loved his friends and his family. He adored his mother, Dana Villines, and his father, Dean Hartwig. His sister, Mariah Hartwig-Villines was the love of his life. Kyle loved the outdoors and loved hunting with his grandfather, Jim Villines. He also loved to fish and took anyone along that wanted to go and have a great time.
Kyle is survived by his mother, Dana Villines, his father and step-mother, Dean and Laura Hartwig, sister, Mariah Hartwig-Villines, step-sister Jennifer Hawker, Grandparents Jim and June Villines, all of Nampa, and Grandmother, Betty Hartwig, of Caldwell, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Kyle was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Hartwig of Caldwell.

To Kyle's family, I am truly sorry for your loss. I knew him over the last 8 years and he always brought a smile to my face. He had a huge heart and always was protective of his Mother and Sister. I will miss the laughter he shared and the kind person he was.

Kyle was my apprentice at Shiloh fire protection. Kyle was very hard working and dedicated to doing a job right the first time. I will miss our conversations and seeing his excitement and smile as he worked to become a journeymen pipe fitter. My prayers go out to each family member.

Dean and Family~ I am very sorry to hear about this tragedy. As you know, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Kyle, though I believe I would have found him delightful. My heart breaks for you. You are in my prayers. May there be days of sunshine for your future. With love, Christy

We knew Kyle more when he was an Elementary student but over the course of time when we would see him he was always a nice young man and a pleasure to talk to. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
