Michelle Jackman
POCATELLO - Kellie Michelle Jackman, 38, of Pocatello, went home to the Lord on Friday, March 16 2012.
She was born in Phoenix, Arizona, to Judy Ilene Thurman and Jerry Breshears on April 16, 1973. Her mom and dad (Ronney Thurman) gave her hand in marriage to her soul mate, Casey Jackman, on July 4, 1999.
She is the proud parent of Jennifer Jackman (Paul Johnson) of Pocatello; Tiffany Thomas (Matt) of Provo, Utah; Pfc. Kody Davis, currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan; Matt Jackman of Pocatello, Morgan Davis of Pocatello and Veronica Jackman of Pocatello. She was also a VERY proud grandparent of Dylan, Caelyn and Curtis Johnson.
Michelle attended school in Blackfoot, Twin Falls, Pocatello and Las Vegas before graduating from Highland High School in 1991. She received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Columbia University in 2005.
She proudly served as an Ada County Sheriff's Detention Deputy 2004-2005. She was a very active participant and board member of the POW*MIA Awareness Corp. in Pocatello. She loved playing softball, bowling, roller skating and visiting the ocean. She was truly happy when she was on a motorcycle.
She is riding free with brothers and sisters gone on before and will be missed greatly here by all who know and love her.
A celebration of her life will be held at Wilks Funeral Home (211 Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck) Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at 6 p.m. If you ever rode with Michelle, you can honor her by riding your motorcycle to the ceremony. Messages can be sent to the family at www.wilksfuneralhome.com.

Michelle i remember the first time i met you. You were an amazing, caring, loving, and beautiful lady. You will be missed by so many people. I know i didnt know you as well as i wanted to. Your one tough lady. You will be forever in my heart along with many others.
