Brad Ginther Obituary

Brad Ginther
1966-2019
Brad Evans Ginther passed away on May 9, 2019. He was born on March 20, 1966 to Tom and Sharon Ginther. He came into the world kicking and screaming and kept his energetic personality throughout his life.
Brad took full advantage of his Idaho upbringing by camping, fishing and hunting any chance he could get.
He attended Monroe Elementary, South Jr. High and Borah High School. It was during these years that lifelong friendships were made on the sports' fields and carousing the streets of Boise.
Brad may not have aced Mr. Purdy's chemistry class but he developed chemistry with a classmate named Suzette Malmstrom. Brad received a football scholarship to Snow College. After a year and a half of playing football in Utah he came back home to attend BSU and to continue his "10 year courtship" with Suzette. Suzette and Brad were married on September 20, 1996 and became the parents of three wonderful sons; Kaden (20), Kitch (17) and Brody (15).
Brad had a generous spirit that could be felt by his family and the people he worked with. He was a master craftsman and his precise tile work can be seen throughout the Boise area.
Burley, Idaho was like a second home to him. He and his gang of cousins were more like siblings than cousins. Summers and falls were spent playing cowboys and Indians, going to the Burley Fair with his mom and aunties, Jolene and Dee Ann and hunting and fishing with his dad and uncles, Steve and Jerry.
Brad is survived by his wife Suzette, his boys Kaden, Kitch and Brody, his dad Tom, sister Kara Trumbo (Tim) and her three daughters, Sydney, Kylie and Ali as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Ginther.
A celebration of his life will be held at Boise Funeral Home, Aclesa Chapel (8209 W. Fairview Ave Boise Phone 208-322-3999) on Thursday, May 16th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to St. Jude's or a charity of your choice.

I am in disbelief that Brad is gone! He was at my house on May 6, fixing my sprinklers. We had a great talk. I will miss him so much!
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Brad and I went to South Jr High as well as Borah High together. During those years we were pretty good friends, in fact he sort of became my and my friends "protector". Of course, this allowed him to pick on us (in a brotherly way). Although we lost touch after high school, I will always remember him for the great guy he was. My thoughts and prayers are with Suzette, the boys and family and friends.

We are so incredibly sorry to hear about Brad. The Ginther family is very loved by all of us down here at Evergreen Sprinkler Supply, you are all in our thoughts. Brad was always a good comedic break in the day for us and we will miss seeing him.

My condolences to Brad's family. I went to high school with Brad and I remember him as always wearing a smile. He had a quick wit and a very kind heart. I have no doubt he will be greatly missed. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

Brad,

You gave me some of my best childhood stories, and I hope you are having as much fun in the next life as you had in this one.
