Daniel Grisham Obituary

Daniel Virgil Grisham
February 27, 1977 - December 14, 2016
Daniel Virgil Grisham, 39, passed away unexpectedly, December 14, 2016. He was born in Elgin, Illinois on February 27, 1977 to Robert and Christine (Faubion) Grisham. The family relocated to Boise, Idaho in 1980. Prior to the move, Daniel spent countless hours with, and became quite close to, his paternal grandmother Lillian Grisham.
When Daniel was six years old he welcomed a brother, Kyle, to the family. Daniel attended school in Boise, graduating from Capital High School in 1995. Thereafter, he attended North Idaho College and later Boise State University. He worked at various jobs in Boise, having remained in Boise until the time of his passing.
In 2002, Daniel became father to his beautiful daughter, Ava. He later met and married the love the of his life, Heather. Daniel adored Heather and made sure she knew he loved her completely. In 2014, they were blessed to welcome their son, Kayden. Daniel loved spending time with Kayden, especially teaching him to drive his Power Wheel.
Daniel will always be remembered for his love of family and friends; riding his grandfather's lawnmower during visits with his maternal grandparents in Chillicothe, Missouri; his love of dogs and especially Snyper; his love of sports, including skiing, rafting, and baseball; and his devotion to the BSU Broncos and Chicago Cubs. One of his life-long dreams was realized this year when the Cubs won the World Series.
Daniel was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lillian and Virgil Grisham and his mother, Christine Dupy. He is survived by his wife, Heather; children, Kayden and Ava; father, Robert Grisham; brother, Kyle Grisham; grandparents, Joe and Jeri Faubion; in-laws, Jim and Tami Bickish and family; and several nieces and nephews.
Daniel's life ended too soon, but we will always cherish our memories of Daniel. We are comforted in knowing he is at peace in Heaven.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Community Baptist Church of Melba, 319 Randolph St, Melba, Idaho.

My dear sweet Daniel was the greatest husband I could have asked for... He loved me unconditionally and I never had to wonder if he loved me or not, I always knew he did... He was an amazing father to our Son who just turned 3. The pain of missing him is the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.... I love you and miss you so much My love... Kayden tells every body that his daddy is his angel...

My thoughts and prayers for you all. I worked many years ago with Danny's mother, Chris, and knew Danny as a young boy. Then met him again a few years ago at the memorial for his mother that Danny lovingly arranged. A sweet man.
