The world was a much better place with Darren in it and he will be sorely missed by many. He was a good friend and I am sure he was an outstanding husband, father, son, uncle, and teacher. He was the type of person that left a lasting impression on the people that were in his life. He was funny, quick witted, and someone I admired and will always remember. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, children, and extended family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Darren was a wonderful man and will be missed by so many people. I am praying for your family during this tragic time. He was such a great friend to me during our younger years but especially when we were both freshman at U of I. I was so homesick and he was such a comfort to me. I am thankful that we were friends.
