I just heard of mike's passing. I am so sorry to have missed the celebration of his life. Mike and I talked very often about politics and his devotion to the Democratic Party, who he voted for and the $5 he gave. Mike will be especially missed this football season, he visited our tailgate every game and we shared his life and passion for the Broncos. Mike, we miss you and will toast you the opening day this year against Tulsa. Goodbye, Mike you were a wonderful man.

The heart aches for what it has loved and lost...My deepest sympathy to all of you upon the death of Mike. He and Edgar must be chatting away about the Broncos and their upcoming season! May you find peace in reminiscing about Mike, his funny stories and charm that warmed the hearts of many. We always had a laugh or two at Dr. Slattery's office!!
