1959 ~ 2016
Rick was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 30, 1959 and found peace on February 9, 2016 in Boise. Rick passed away at Good Samaritan under Legacy Hospice from complication from a 40-year-old brain tumor.
Rick went on to complete college at BSU and then went on to get his Masters of Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. His career started at All Seasons Mental Health with three friends. He also worked at Intermountain Hospital, with LaMarr Heyrend M.D. as a Quantitative EEG tech and then finished his career with All Seasons.
He had a good life with what he had to live with.
He is survived by his parents, Vicki and Ron Walker; sister, Wendy (Rick) Richman, South Jordan, UT; nieces and nephews, Ashley Gast (Jared), MN, Eric Richman (Jessica), AZ, Chris Richman Utah, and Janica (John) Nguyen, CA; also step siblings Ron Laycock Jr., IN, Randy Forman (Michelle), Debbie Foreman, Nampa, Charm (Ron) Pierce, Meridian and cousins and great nieces and nephews whom he loved very much.
Those who went before him were his father, Richard Tillery, Sr, and grandparents Malcolm Parsons, Pearl Parsons Hayes, Eleanor and Joseph Tillery.
We want to thank St Alphonsus, Dr. Bastain, Dr. Devrees and Ali and Kim in Case Management and Shannon who tried so hard to get him to eat. He was such a complicated medical case and they all worked so hard to keep him alive.
A viewing will be from 4-6 pm on Monday, February 15, 2016 at Summers Funeral Homes, Ustick Chapel, 3629 E. Ustick Road, Meridian. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Dry Creek Cemetery.

I would like to take the time to tell you that Rich was a selfless man who cared for people. He was a good friend that helped me get through the toughest time I ever had in 2003/2005 He kept me at his place till I was able to get back up from a bad set of luck for work He fed me and housed me. This is a true loss of a very good friend. I wish I could repay what he has done for me, I am saddened by the loss of this man. May you rest now Rick I miss you.

Vickie and Ron - my deepest condolences for your loss! I was so saddened to see Rick's death notice last week. I would see Rick occasionally, walking near All Seasons on Emerald and it would always bring back childhood memories of good times spend with cousins. Teri Gregory

Aunt Vicki and Uncle Ron...
I am so sad and sorry that I cannot be there with the family to pay my respects for Rick. I have many memories of Rick since we moved to Idaho when he and I were both 18. I always admired his accomplishments after all he went through with his brain tumor. I remember the times we went snow skiing, the family gatherings and I will miss him. He is a Guardian Angel now and no longer ill or in any pain. I look forward to the day I see him again in Heaven. My heart is with you both during this difficult time. I love you!!!

Rick and I worked together off and on over a 15 year span. In those days, Lamar, Pat, Vicki, Rick were a family that happened to be in business together. in the end there is peace, and infinite belief that all pains, fears and struggles have no hold on you Rick.

I remember babysitting Ricky and Wendy when they lived right behind their Grandma Pearl. I always enjoying them. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
