Bobbie Magline Fuller Speed, age 82, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Brookdale Assisted Living.

Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Cooper Bennett Fuller and the late Leila Reed Fuller. She was a graduate of Anderson Girl's High School and retired from Michelin Tire Corporation after many years of service. She enjoyed her home, her yard, her family, and doing some traveling. Bobbie was a member of Neals Creek Baptist Church for more than 50 years, where she served in many capacities including teacher of the Susie Brock Sunday School Class, member of the choir, the WMU, and especially the GA's.

She is survived by her children, Reverend Keith Speed and his wife Deborah, of Belton, SC, Becky Wardlaw and her husband Frank, of Honea Path, SC, and Randy Speed and his wife Wanda, of Level Land, SC; and eight grandchildren, Leah Martin (Brandon), Hannah Rose Wardlaw, Troy Wardlaw, Miriam Church (Chandler), Lydia Wardlaw, Sarah Grace Wardlaw, Aaron Speed, and Thomas Speed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sanford Speed; a son, Thomas Gary Speed; a grandson, Jonathan Josiah Speed; four brothers and eight sisters.

The Funeral Service will be held at Neals Creek Baptist Church on Sunday, April 10, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Jason Dorriety officiating along with members of her family. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will be at the home of her granddaughter, Leah Martin, 13 S. Anderson Street, Honea Path, SC and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Speed will be placed in the church at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Neals Creek Baptist Church, 3204 Amity Road Extension, Anderson, SC 29621.

So sorry for the loss in your family. Mrs. Speed always had a smile on her face. Loved seeing her in church, with her family. God's grace is so great even in times like these. Sorry we did not make it to the family and friends or the funeral, but you all were in our thoughts and prayers. Love to you all.
