Jerry Ryans Obituary

Jerry Davis Ryans 66, of 207 Pucketts Pointe Road husband of Deborah Tolbert Ryans entered into eternal rest on October 18, 2023 at Hospice Care of the Piedmont. He was born in Edgefield County July 25, 1957 a son of the late Mack Ryans and Mattie Bell Peterson Ryans.

Services will be held Noon Monday, October 23, 2023 at Beaverdam Baptist Church, 3458 Beaverdam Creek Road, Newberry, SC 29108 with Rev. Robert McClinton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Ryans will be placed in the church at 11:00 AM. Public viewing will be held from 1-6 pm Sunday at the funeral home. The family is at the home and ask that you would please wear mask during visitation.

My condolences to the Ryans and Peterson family. Jerry was a nice person as well as a good manager who also gave me a chance to join the Radiology Department. I thank him, and glad I got to know him. May he RIP.

So sorry for your family's loss. I met Jerry through our many years of service at Self. i didn't work with him but knew him well through mutual friends.I fondly called him Slick! I know he will be missed by so many.
