Arnold E. "Rusty" Rust Jr. Age 62, of Avon, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 in Hendricks Regional Health Danville.He was born on September 3, 1943 in New Castle, Indiana to Arnold E. Sr. and Eva Shell Rust.He married Martha Schroth in May 1963 in New Castle, Indiana. She survives.He was an Engineer for Allison Transmission for 25 years retiring in 2002.He was a member of Hope Presbyterian Church in Plainfield where he served as an Elder and served two terms on the Hope Church Session.He was a member of TOPPS. Calling hours will be Friday, February 24, 2006 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Hall -Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield.Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. in Hope Presbyterian Church, 1331 Section Street, Plainfield. Pastor Dan Sutherin will officiate.Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.Survivors include his wife, Martha Rust; a son, Dr. Richard Rust and wife Melissa; daughter, Lora Lewis and husband Dale; and grandchildren: Julia, Morgan, Andrew, and Adam.Memorial Contributions can be made to Hope Presbyterian Church, 1331 Section Street, Plainfield, Indiana 46168.
