Cheryl Carpenter Obituary
Indianapolis - Passed away on February 10, 2019, after fighting diabetes for many years. She owned her own business, providing billing services for several attorneys in the Indianapolis area for over 10 years.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Carpenter; son, Kacee Carpenter; mother, Jeri Buck; granddaughter, Annabelle Carpenter; brother, Jeff Buck (Greta); nieces, Audrey and Margaret; sister-in-law, Kimberley Jensen; and nieces, Nicole and Kyla.
Preceded in death by father, James A. Buck.
Services will be 1pm, on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation starting at 11am until the start of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Juvenile Diabetes Association would be appreciated.

Ken, Jeri and family.....I am so sorry to hear about Cheryl's passing. She was a dear friend and I have so many fond and fun memories from our days at Purdue, trips to FL, Indy weekends and many more. She was such a sweetie and I know that you - her family meant the world to her. Sending some ((hugs)) your way.....

I was deeply saddened to learn of Cheryl's passing. Words cannot express my sorrow. She was such a beautiful lady and I know she knew how much you loved and adored her. I hope that you and Kacee are comforted by happy memories of your time together.

Many years ago, I worked with Cheryl at Transamerica Insurance as well as with sister in law Kim Carpenter Jensen. We gals used to get into some mischief! She was struggling with serious diabetes all those years ago. Saddened to hear of her passing, but happy she lived a full rewarding life. May she Rest In Peace!

Cheryl, You were an awesome sister. I have a lot of fond memories of when we were growing up. The one Christmas at Jean's house, I remember you and I wore matching dresses to the Christmas party and were inseparable. I will cherish all the memories forever. May you be at peace now. As in life and in heaven, you will always be in my heart, thoughts and prayers.
