Christopher John Hussey
50, Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012. Chris was born on April 28, 1962 in Biddeford, ME to Peter and Kathryn Hussey. Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 and his MBA from Duke University in 2001. He married his love Sheila Logan on July 20, 1985.
Chris served his country as a submarine officer in the United States Navy from 1984-1989. Currently, he and his wife own and operate their own business, The Interface Financial Group. Chris was generous in sharing his time with others. He coached and served as a referee for youth soccer for many years. He enjoyed running marathons, cycling, sailing, and loved attending sporting events with his son. Chris was a devoted Christian and an active member of St. Simon parish.
Chris is survived by his loving wife Sheila of 27 years; their son Andrew Patrick Hussey; parents Peter and Kathryn Hussey; siblings: Letitia Beauregard (Tom), Thomas Hussey (Dianne), and Sarah Ryan (Mark); in-laws Patrick and Sharon Logan; and 11 nieces and nephews.
Chris was preceded in death by his son Bradford Logan Hussey.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel . A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at St. Simon Catholic Church, Indianapolis, at 11:00 a.m. with good friend Father Pat officiating. Sheila
Molly and i have you and Andrew in our prayers daily. There have been many emails from fellow members of the class of 84 expressing sympathy and support. We have met many people across the country, but no one as kind and intelligent as Chris.

I worked with Chris at Hill-Rom and enjoyed the times we worked together. Chris was a roll model for me - he treated everyone with kindness and respect. I am a better person for knowing him. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
