James Rivelli Obituary
89, of Indianapolis, IN, was born January 10, 1927 in North Chicago, IL and went to be with Our Lord September 26, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Sarah "Sally" Rivelli; children, Diane Leake of Littleton, CO, Jim Jr. (Linda) of Columbus, OH, Linda Rivelli (Joseph Hambrick) of Carmel, IN, Patti Jo Debrow (John) of Willis, TX, Chris (Kim), Nancy Davisson of Carmel, IN, and Joe (Melinda) of Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Bill (Vicki) of Gurnee, IL, Jackie of Libertyville, IL, Tom (Donna) of Mt. Dora, FL; and a sister, Cecilia Gargano(Chi-Chi) of Cape Coral, FL. He is preceded in death by sons, Kevin Clark and Randall Scott Rivelli. He is also survived by twenty-three grand-children and twenty great grand-children.
He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 437, the men's choral group, The Columbians and he organized a spaghetti dinner fund raiser there for over twenty years. He was an active member of both St. Joan of Arc and Christ the King parish until recent years. He worked for The Hoosier Company for over 65 years. He put many to work and never turned anyone away who needed help.
Viewing, Friday, Sept. 30, 2016 from 4-8 at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 42nd & Central, Indpls., Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
