Linda Louise Rodgers
60, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 16, 2013 after an eight-year battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Linda is survived by her husband, Scott; two children, Lindsey Rodgers Barman (Charles) and Michael Rodgers; mother, Barbara Browne; brother, Daniel Browne (Hona Childers); father-in-law, Francis "Buck" Rodgers; sisters-in-law, Kathy Rodgers Heckert (Alex) and Christy Rodgers Smith; her five nephews and one niece. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Browne and her mother-in-law, Helen Loucks Rodgers.
Linda will be remembered most for her kind smile, vibrant sense of humor, warm spirit, and endless love for her family, friends, and many pets.
Friends and family will gather for a celebration of her life at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel , 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis.

Rita Harrington and (Kim Andres) were roommates with Linda at Springfield college and we all three majored in biology. Rita and I are attending our 50th college reunion (class of `75) and will include Linda in an event remembering classmates who have passed away.

I just learned of this and am heartbroken to hear of the passing of such a wonderful and beautiful person, who was such a close friend in college!
