Patrick King Obituary

Patrick David King 57, Sheridan, IN, died June 22, 2010. He was born September 9, 1952 in Kokomo, IN to Robert E. & Virginia Jo (Bain) King Mr. King was a 1970 graduate of Westfield Washington High School and lived in Indianapolis before moving to Sheridan. He was a mail carrier for the USPS in Indianapolis for 32 years, retiring in 2008. He was a member of the Masonic Freemason Lodge #404 of New Palestine and Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). He enjoyed ultra light aircraft, motorcycle riding, air shows and camping. Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Melanie King (L.E. Staten) of Bloomington, IN, April (Jeremy) Bingham of Camby, IN; 2 Brothers: Michael (Lou Ann) King of Westfield, IN, Mark King of Poland, IN; 2 Sisters: Joetta Carrel of Indianapolis, IN, Lee Ann Stevens of Noblesville, IN; Step-Mother: Joan King of Noblesville, IN; 4 Grandchildren, Kaley 19, Jordan 16, Colten 15 and Emily 9 and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 26th at Goodwin Funeral Home, Frankfort, IN. Visitation will be Friday, June 25th from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to EAA, Inc., P.O. Box 3086, Oshkosh, WI 54903-3086. Online condolences may be made at goodwinfuneralhome.com.
