ALFRED N. DANIEL

DANIEL
ALFRED N., July 20, 1932 - July 3, 2012. Al sustained a significant fall at his home on June 30th. He passed away peacefully July 3 at Cooper Trauma Center, Camden, New Jersey surrounded by his loving family.
Al was born and raised in Bristol, PA to Antoinette and Alphonse Daniel. He graduated class of 1950 from Bristol High School, West Chester Teachers College, West Chester, PA, class of 1954. He was a graduate of Trenton State College and the University of Pennsylvania. Al was a Physical Therapist. He was a lead administrator for Cherry Hill Schools, facilitating the first New Jersey Special Olympics. He was a published author. Most recently he co-managed Philadelphia Physical Therapy with his partner, Bernie Masino.
Al retired from the US Army reserve as a Colonel after 34 years of service. He directed the 348th General Hospital. Al was a resident of Riverton for 50 years. He was involved in many community activities.
Al was predeceased by his most beloved wife of 49 years, Kay. He leaves four children, Chud and wife Jan, Joseph and wife Michelle, Mary Rose, Roman, Denise and husband John, Tom and wife Kate, Lily, Charlotte.
Friends and family may visit at WEBER FUNERAL HOME, 112 Broad St. (River Road), Riverton N.J. Friday, July 6, 2012, 6 - 9 P.M. and Saturday 9 - 10:30 A.M. Liturgy of Christian Burial 11 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church. Interment at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
