Ed took me under his wings when I joined the Con Edison Law Department in 1980. He was a mentor par excellence. In addition to being an outstanding lawyer, he was a patient, compassionate and sweet tempered ' mentch' with a great sense of humor. Above all, he was proud of and devoted to his family.
He will be sorely missed by all who had the fortune of knowing him.
