LEUTE EILEEN A. Age 99, a resident at Shannondell at Valley Forge in Audubon, PA, died peacefully on May 30, 2025. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Joseph A. and Mary Ellen Conboy Arndt, and was married for more than 73 years to her loving husband George M. Leute, Jr. A beloved family matriarch, she is survived by her three children, George M. Leute, III (Ana), Marilyn L. DeLong, and Gregory A. Leute (Bacot), grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter. Eileen was loved and respected by family and friends alike. Ever the educator, she had a gift for teaching and gently imparting wisdom. She was a woman of deep faith, moral courage, subtle wit, a tenacious quiet strength, and above all, love and loyalty. Her memory will be treasured by all who knew her. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., on July 28, 2025, at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1260 South Trooper Road, Norristown, PA. Friends may call from 8:45 A.M. to 9:45 A.M. Interment will take place the following day, July 29, 2025, at 10:30 A.M., at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.
