EVELYN SEVERANCE Obituary
EVELYN N.
Age 75, of Malvern, passed away on Nov. 16, 2017. Her husband was the late David E. Severance. Evie graduated from Saint Anne's School, Arlington, MA in 1961 and from Greenbrier College, Lewisburg, WV in 1963. She returned to Malvern and married Norman T. Phelps, Jr., devoting many years loving and supporting the students and faculty of The Phelps School. Evie was an active community participant and volunteered in many capacities at Paoli Hospital. Evie is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Phelps and Stephany Fahey, and son-in-law, Gerald Fahey. Evie's boundless love and compassion lives on in her grandchildren Kolby Brown, Logan Brown, Alexandra Fahey and Liam Fahey. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 21 at The Phelps School Chapel in Malvern. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chester County SPCA, West Chester, PA.
