Glenn Mowery Obituary
GLENN EDWARD, loving husband, father and friend, of Pottstown, formerly of Malvern on Friday, November 2, 2007. Glenn was the husband of Amy (Loy) Mowery with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Gilbert and wife Cheryl of Lionville; daughter Chelle Carlson and husband Drew of Pottstown; and 3 grand-sons, Sam, Brandon and Bryan, with whom he spent some of the happiest times of his life; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his parents and 4 brothers, Chester, Reverend Claire, Bruce, and Ray Mowery. A Life Celebration Service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, November 10, Christ Memorial Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elders' Fund of Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 89 Line Road, Malvern PA 19355; or Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, Home Care Depart., 1600 E. To the Mowery family:
My deepest sympathy to your family during your time of mourning; and in your time of sorrow.
While working at General Electric I had the honor of interfacing with Glenn and what a kind well respected gentleman he was.
I pray the Lord will grant each one of you peace and comfort and always keep your family in the palm of His hand.
May he rest in peace.

Well your brother and my dad, Clair, were taken away from us early and I really never got the chance to spend a lot of time with you. I know that you are in a better place, with my father and your brother, and my thoughts are with your family.
