JOSEPH D.
Died on June 27, 2017. He was a beloved father, husband and grandfather. Always quick with a bad joke or philosophic line, he made people happy. Everyone loved to be in his company. Whether he was talking about his years as a baseball player, tennis player, golfer, piano player, spanish speaker, stock broker or working with his father in South Philadelphia, his stories were endless, his teachings wise and he never stopped learning. Husband of the late Marlyn, father of Dr. Marc (Ellen) Rovner and Robert Rovner, grandfather of Ashley, Lauren and Sydney. Brother-in- law of Mickey and Ann Litt.

The commissioner of Jardel will be truly missed. His presence was always a treat. Never a dull moment and Joe always spoke with the upmost respect towards everyone. He gave me compliments that others would miss. He was a jewel for all that knew him.
