I was sorry to here about Joe's passing. We were both residents of Fishtown and graduates of North Catholic 1966. For a period of roughly 5 years I was a neighbor of Joe and Pat on Rowland Ave. We stayed in contact occasionally and Joe would call for participation in the NCAA tournament. Joe, regardless of the situation, always came across positive. A great loss for all who crossed his path in life. Rest in peace my NC brother. Fablio!
