Marc called me in February 2024 to say hello and catch up on 40+ years; we were friends at the University of Florida. I was pleasantly shocked to hear from him and saddened to hear of his illness. Oddly enough, I was at my great nephew’s Bar Mitzvah and met a fellow who knew Marc from Philly - it’s a small world! I think back on college Marc and smile - he was a character, funny, smart & kind and boy did he love his Philly . I’m glad I got to know him back then and laugh with him.
May Marc’s memory be a blessing to his family and all whose lives he touched.

Dear Ave,
I'm so sorry for your loss and am sending all my love and thoughts to you and the rest of the family. I feel fortunate that through our friendship I got to be around your Dad growing up who was such a vivacious, fun-loving person. I know his zest for life (and amazing sense of humor) will live on through you, Harry and Lily. xx Rachel Magerman
