Not sure what to say?

September 2, 2015

I wrote yesterday but today I want to share some memories with her children and Family and say how very sorry I am for your loss. First of all Marsha was very smart, there wasn't anything she could not learn or master. She loved to ride her bike after school yet she let us ride it also whenever we we wanted. She loved to dance and every week, Friday and Saturday nights we would go to Gelhardt's dance at 5th and Rocland streets and dance the night away. That was quite an accomplishment since we had to walk from West Oak Lane to 5th and Rocland..long walk!We were only 13 and 14 at that time. Marsha was an excellent dancer and many guys would be waiting to dance with her because she was so good. None of us were allowed to go to that dance because it was not a Catholic dance but we went anyway. Marsha was always dressed to kill. She had great legs and looked fantastic in a skirt or dress. She loved to laugh and have a good time. Her Mother's cooking was the best and she always invited us to eat. We were always welcome in her house and we had a lot of laughs with her two Sisters. Marsha would share her clothes and make up before we went to the dance, she was always so generous. We all grew up, paired off with boyfriends and sort of lost touch although I visited her in her Bar several times.. I will always have the memories of a wonderful, good hearted, beautiful girl in my heart. I will never forget her

Marsha, you will be truly missed. Tellups will not be the same without your spirit. You were kind hearted and I will miss the nice things you used to do for your customers. May you rest in peace and God grant your family peace. And yes, I will always remember..."This is MY bar."
