Beloved husband of Susan (nee Pollack); loving father of Jonathan Weber and Benjamin (Stacey) Weber; cherished grandfather of Sophie, Tara, Mollie, Sarah, Ashley, Erin (Shannon), Kaitlyn and Kelly; devoted brother of Jack (Cecile) Weber and Barry Weber. Marv helped children as a beloved and award-winning teacher in the Philadelphia School District for 34 years from 1963 to 1997 and a summer camp director from the 1970s through 2000. For the past 27 years he has been the owner of a travel agency, Marvelous Travel. Marv was the first Temple (University) Owl, a recipient of the Legion of Honor from the Chapel of the Four Chaplains, a member of B'nai Brith and an officer in the PTANA travel agent organization. Shiva will be held at the late residence Thursday following services, Friday 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Saturday beginning 7:00 P.M. and Sunday beginning 5:00 P.M.
