It was a gift to have participated in the inaugural Future Search facilitator development workshop that Marv and Sandra held. I went on to hold many conferences and had the opportunity to influence participants and even Marv with some of the small additions I employed. He was a true master; wise, kind, curious and generous with his knowledge. Now go influence the afterlife...thank you for how you molded some of my thinking about change.
