I met Neil when I was 15 and he was a lifeguard at the Cheltenham Tennis Club near Philadelphia. I was recently looking at my old photo albums and found this photo. I looked him up and was sorry to hear that he had passed away. He was funny and charming, hopefully his family will enjoy seeing him as a young lifeguard!

I am shocked and saddened by Neil's passing and offer my condolences to his family and friends. Neil and I worked together at Foster Medical 30+ years ago and he was our healthcare attorney for the last 25+years. His expertise, professionalism, guidance and friendship were extraordinary and will be sadly missed.

Neil was our local ACLU consigliere who guided us through the legal thicket with sly wit and a charm that helped us negotiate with opposing government attorneys. His Mensa magic was impressive to witness.
Our community lost a good one.

Neil was a friend, a colleague and trusted advisor to me and, I am certain, to his family and clients. As a lover of justice, it follows that he chose law for his profession and the ACLU as one of his many passions. He took his responsibility to help make this world a better one with intelligence and drive, and, reflecting on the guidance and kindness he showed me, I know that he succeeded a little bit with each interaction he had with family, clients and friends. Both a Mensch and a Tzadik, Neil will be missed.
