I was very sad to learn of Sandy´s passing. I was fortunate to meet him as a client and get to know him. He was a kind man and a pleasure to work with and know. Heartfelt condolences to his family and all who mourn. May Sandy´s memory be for a blessing.

Sandy was my friend and partner at Fox Rothschild for nearly 25 years. He was a great attorney, offered sage advice and gave it to you straight. Sandy was also funny, witty and often irreverent.

Sandy was less than a third of a foot taller than I, and unlike most people, who have a tough time keeping up with my rapid pace and stride while walking. He often made me feel as if I was standing next to a giant, and that I needed to power-up if I intended to walk alongside him, and talk, as we traveled the streets of Philadelphia to/from the restaurants at which he suggested we dine (a/k/a "speed eat").

Sandy was a world class mensch. May his memory be an abiding blessing to Clare, Daniel, Eric and Jonathan, and the rest of the Mozes family.

Dearest Claire, Dan, Jon and Eric , I am saddened by the passing of Sandy. I always enjoyed his personality and intellect when we were together. He had so many wonderful traits as a father. Unique and special guy.

DEAR CLARE.,
I WAS GREATLY SADDENED TO LEARN OF SANDY'S DEATH.
I MET SANDY MANY YEARS AGO. I THINK THAT HE PRECEDED ADELE AS PRESIDENT OF HIASPA. I PLAN TO MAKE A DONATION TO HIAS IN HIS MEMORY.
WITH SINCERE CONDOLENCES.

I will always remember Sandy helping me learn my Haftorah lesson. He was able to read any one, because he knew all the tropes. I was 51 years old, finally celebrating my Bat Mitzvah and needed to learn the tropes. He so easily knew all of them. His ability to teach was marvelous. He gave me the confidence I needed to do the job. His friendship, courage and dignity will always be remembered. Lita I. Cohen

I am so sad to hear of Sandy's passing. I am a retired partner of EisnerAmper CPAs and had the pleasure of sharing many clients with Sandy. We bonded over our NY connection and even went to the Bronx for a Yankees game.
Sandy was a mench and a joy to work with. I will surely miss him.
