STEPHEN MATTHEW, 20, of Gladwyne, PA died Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Beloved and devoted son of Howard and Susan Appel, beloved brother of Robert and Michael, loving and devoted grandson of Lydia Gesoff and the late Irving Gesoff and Gerald and Nancy Appel. Service at 11 A.M., Sunday May 3rd at BRINGHURST FUNERAL HOME AT WEST LAUREL HILL CEMETERY, 225 Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd PA 19004.

In he was such a special boy..so beautiful and generous with his heart..my boys felt that when they met him and spent time with him in Dallas, after their father had just passed.

Howard,Susan, Michael and Robert,you have been in our thoughts and prayers every minute. I am so happy I was able to spend Thursday Friday and Saturday night with Stephen. He hugged n Kissed me goodbye Sunday morning on his way to take grandmom to breakfast... He was worried he was late since he was to be there at 10 and it was already 10:30.
