Thomas W. McKay. Uncle Tom
March 16, 2011
Thomas W. McKay, Uncle Tom, U. Tom, Cuz, Mr Tom McKay "Tracey".
You were and always will be our dear Uncle Tom, our Dad,
the original "big guy." Thanks for stopping my tears just by saying "want to go for a walk?" We went for miles looking at Christmas lights in the bitter cold, or meeting your cigar smoking man friends out on their stoops or looking into the South Philly windows at night.
Thanks for your words of wisdom and advice "get health insurance!!!!" and "always keep your thumb over the catsup bottle when you shake it."
Thanks to you and Aunt Bobbie for having us over Friday nights for the best pizza and red pistachio nuts that stained our hands and mouths and the ice cold cokes in those colored aluminum glasses that we all fought over recently.
So much life and love, so many wonderful memories.
We love you....

Uncle Tom was a second uncle to me. He always made you laugh. Especially at the Tracey holiday get togethers, in Swarthmore,Pa. Uncle Tom and Aunt Agnes are reunited again in heaven. God Bless you Tom, you were a great guy.

Uncle Tom and Uncle Bud used to tease me, and pull on my ponytails, each blaming the other. That is my favorite memory of both of them.
