Uncle Art, You were always so humble and always made me feel special. Wish I could be at your celebration of life. I will be remembering you tomorrow. Love you Uncle Art. Debbie Fisher

Our condolences to the Valencia family with the passing of a hard working and dedicated man. Art was a proud man and took pride in his job throughout the valley. I met Art and his beautiful wife Mary when they would come to the El Centro City Hall for construction permits. It seemed he was always too busy and in a rush to get to his next project. One day I finally told Art he needed to slow down and to his much surprise he said he hadn't realized he was always in a hurry. We had a good laugh. His family are true pioneers to the development of Imperial Valley. Rest In Peace. Leti Rodriguez
