KURT MILLER Obituary

KURT MILLER

Oct. 15, 1966 Feb. 15, 2023

On February 15, 2023, Kurt Miller lost his battle with cancer. Kurt will be remembered as a hard worker who was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. He had a passion for working and took great pride in his work. He was very skilled in many trades. He worked in carnivals, construction trades, and water treatment.

Later in life, God made it possible for Kurt to meet and establish a relationship with his son, Jacob Miller, from Sacramento, CA. In God's perfect timing, he made it possible for Kurt to talk to his son, and his son let him know of his accomplishments that he credited his dad for teaching him during Kurt's final hours. Kurt's favorite bible scripture was John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Kurt was very thankful for the care and attention he received from his "guardian angel." Iris, while at Imperial Heights.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Christ Community Church.

I met Kurt 10 years ago when he was in the Open Arms ministry in Holtville. Kurt had a heart of gold and was so incredibly kind. He would drop everything for a friend in need. He certainly helped me a time or two. He sure could cook a mean Irish corned beef and cabbage. He was a dog lover ( I liked that about him). I will keep him in my heart. No more pain Kurt.
I love you dude!
