LURAY MOUSER Obituary
Luray J. Mouser Jr. "Ray-Tittles", was born on July 25, 1922 in El Centro, CA, to father, Judge Luray J. Mouser Sr. and mother, Lola McKim Mouser. He said his final adios on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. He attended Rose School, Central Union High School and UCLA. He worked as an accountant in El Centro. He was a member of the Lyons Club, Methodist Church and Les Go Group and Desert Explorers. He was preceded in death by his brother and best friend, John B. Mouser Sr. A small memorial service for family and friends will be held at Hems Mortuary on Monday April 25, 2016 at 9 a.m.

Tittles was my grandma Betty's cousin. I have very fond memories of him visiting us. He would always bring my grandma flowers and me some kind of toy or treat. He was the nicest guy around! He will be missed!

I worked with Ray as an accountant with Foss and Simpson shortly after graduating from San Diego State. Ray had a jolly wry wit and was just a pleasure to work with. He taught me how to line up and seal at once bunches of confirmation letters used in audits. Ray could hold his pencil in his right hand while he worked the ten key. Something I marveled at and finally learned. He loved the desert. He was very very intelligent and would surprise with his analysis. I have missed him while living in Idaho and will miss seeing him. He was always sincerely interested in what was happening with our family. Rest in peace good friend.
