Mahlon "Mel" Manees, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away peacefully at his home on January 12, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Joan Hamilton Manees; sisters, Jane (Estill) Alsip and Melinda Becker; sons, Ron (Carol) Martin, Rodney (Peggy) Martin; daughter, Shannon (Todd) Orcutt; numerous nieces and nephews, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including Haylee and Conner Johnson.
Services will be held at the First Christian Church of Brawley on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 10 a.m.
