RUBY ARBALLO Obituary
Mar. 11, 1948- June 18, 2023
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ruby Sesma Arballo, age 75, on June 18, 2023. She was born to Ramon and Angelina Sesma on March 11, 1948, in Calexico, CA. Ruby graduated from Calexico High School class of 1966. She married, Ruben Arballo on November 22, 1969. Ruby became a loving mother to a son and daughter.
She worked at Border Motor Parts for over 30 years and loved to volunteer with scouting, baseball, and softball leagues as her kids took part.
We are thankful for the liver transplant she received in July of 1995, helping her enjoy the next 28 years of her life.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ray Sesma of Lake Tahoe.
She is survived by three siblings, Irene Esquer (Henry) of Calexico, Norma Pantoja (Ramon) of El Centro, Fernando Sesma (Rocio) of Lakewood, CA; son, Ruben II of San Diego; daughter, Sabrina of El Centro; and four grandchildren, Julianne, Mia, Summer, and Aiden.
Thank you to the various doctors and caregivers supporting the Arballo family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Parish or Catholic Charities.
Services will be held at St. Mary's in El Centro on Saturday, July 29, 2023. Rosary will commence at 8:30 AM and funeral mass to follow.

Our Deepest Condolences and prayers to Ruben and Family, Irene , Norma , Fernando & Families. I went to School Ray ( Mon) Sesma he was a great friend that´s how I met Mr.& Mrs Sesma Ruby and her siblings. Ruby was a ray of Sunshine no matter how sick she was she always had a smile and greeted you with love and a sweet comment. She was a beautiful & amazing soul . May she Rest in Eternal Glory with her Parents & Brother .

Ruby was such a sweet person. I knew Ruby because I dated her brother Ray in High School. Every time I would run into her, she would warmly greet me. Always had a smile on her face. My condolences to the family.

Ruby was a bright light in our neighborhood. She was a caring soul, full of love. To my dear friend Ruben and family we are thinking of all of you and sharing in your sadness. To know Ruby was to know love. Ruby always met you with a beautiful smile. We became close neighbors to Ruby and her handsome Ruben. The best neighbors ever. Ruben took care of Ruby until her recent passing. Their wedding vows were strong as he was with her through sickness and in health. May her spirit shine brightly with the stars above in Gods grace. We´ll love you always.
