Jerry was my counselor in High School before I became a teacher and friend at Parkside HS. He always had a special smile when you greeted him. I last saw Jerry when he and his close friend Herb Furnas met me for breakfast
about a year ago. It was a very special time and memory for me.

Kevin and family,
We are sorry to learn of your dad´s passing. I knew Jerry from Jackson high school and always admired his humor and kindness.
Jerry and Rose started attending Rives Baptist Church as few years before Rose´s passing. They truly had a deep love and it was good reconnecting with them. Our sincere condolences and our prayers.

So sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. Our house was a good breaking point during their regular walking routine. We would put chairs out and chat for a bit. Jerry kept the tradition up until he moved out of the neighborhood. He and Rose were very special people and are missed. Sending love and prayers.
