A dear man, a joy and truly a man after God's own heart!

Was a joy to be in many Bible studies with him with his wisdom and dry wit.

On our wedding day, I drove past Adam on the street and thankfully I was able to talk him into coming to celebrate with us.

Adam Tessman is a Jewish, Hebrew-Christian, original - a sensitive, intelligent, inquisitive soul with an enormous heart. He felt sorrows of others more deeply than most. He sought the deep things of G~D with sincerity, wherever he thought perhaps they could be found. I would say to him, "Oh Adam! Behold - the horsemen and chariots of Israel!" and he would reply in Shakespearean fashion "Oh! Yes. Praise the L~D. Yes." Adam was deeply Jewish, deeply Messianic. I have not known anyone who so openly and freely sought G~D wherever G~D could perhaps be found, for Adam carried great sorrows. His sensitivity and compassion for the odd, the neglected, the person who was different, was unique. Adam is, was, a tender, gentle soul, who was unlike every other person on the face of the earth. He was exactly himself and a beautiful human being, a work of art by our Creator. How desperately sorry I am to not have connected with Adam a shorter time prior to his passing. He was a completely unique fellow, deeply intellectual, able to converse with profundity on topics ranging from biochemistry to Torah preservation to eschatology. I have never met anyone like him, and I know I shall never meet anyone like him again.

Adam sought G~D and I believe that G~D sought and loved Adam.

Yirmeyah 1:5Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB)

5 Before I formed thee in the beten I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the rechem I set thee apart as kodesh, and I ordained thee a navi unto the Goyim.

Adam certainly brought many Jewish truths to the gentiles. He greatly blessed my life by his heartfelt sincerity, tender hearted and inquisitive mind. He was a work of art created -

Yeshayah 64:8 (OJB)

8 (7) But now, Hashem, Thou art Avinu (Our Father); we are the chomer (clay), and Thou, Yotzreinu (our Potter, Maker, Creator); and we all are the ma'aseh (work) of Thy yad.

Adam was often at synagogue, often at church. He thought he would hear what God might say to him in either place. And he took this basic religion from 1 Peter 3:8 to heart.

"To sum up, all of you be harmonious, sympathetic, brotherly, kindhearted, and humble in spirit;"

Adam was eccentric, sympathetic, brotherly, kindhearted towards the odd, and humble in spirit. I miss him on his bicycle, with his helmet on and milk crate strapped to the back.
A beautiful, Norman Rockwell, American original, this lovely man. How sorry we are to see him go.

Shalom uv'racha, Shalom.

Watching a movie now, actor looks like Adam, so I decided to google his name. At one point in 94, Adam asked if he could adopt me as his sister and I said yes.

My condolences to his wife and family.

My sympathy to Adam's family. My aunt was a friend of the family many years ago and used to "babysit" for Adam. He was a sweet child.
