I was both shocked & saddened by Jim's passing. Like so many of his fellow workers, I remember his wonderful sense of humor.

Sue & I, also, remember talking to Jim about his being a guide at the Cave of the Winds in Colorado. We decided that he could have been our guide through the Cave.

Sue & I send our deepest sympathies to you & your family. You are all in our thoughts & prayers.

Donna and Family,

My deepest sympathy to each of you. I have only fond memories of Jim from my time at RLI. I learned much of what I know about charts and graphs from Jim and his many desk side training sessions. You are in my prayers.

Donna and family,

I am shocked and so very sorry to hear about Jim's passing. I worked as Jim's secretary at Pratt & Whitney back when he was Lead Design Engineer(1979-1981.) He was so much fun to work with... great person, great sense of humor. Those were the best days of my entire working career! I'll always remember him.

My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. Please take comfort in knowing how much of a wonderful impact Jim had on so many people's lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am sorry I was unable to make it to the services. I did not find out until this morning.

Donna,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Words can not express how sad I am for you and your family.

I wish I had been able to get to know Jim in person, but I felt like I knew Jim by our many "lunch" conversations...I only had to meet him once to know how perfect of a match you were for one another.

Please contact me at any time for anything.

I didn't know Jim personally but I've had the pleasure of working with his son Mike. Jim left a legacy of excellent character, honesty and integrity as exhibited by his son that I'm sure any dad would be proud of. My deepest condolences to Jim's entire family on the loss of your loved one.

Jim was one of the most special people I have ever known. His love for his family and his friends shown brightly through everything he did. I worked with Jim for over six years at UTC Learning and Development and I was so shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He was one of those people who really did make the world a better place. He was incredible...always kind, and quick to respond with a smile or nice comment, even when things around him were a little rough.

I extend my deepest, most heartfelt sympathies to you, Donna and to your family. I am having difficulty in finding words to express my condolences to you. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and have been ever since I found out that Jim has left us and gone to heaven.

To Jim, or Dataman (which is the UTC L&D acronym for Superman), I know you are up there watching over all of us from the most wonderful golf course in all of heaven. Thank you for touching all of our lives as deeply and profoundly as you did. I will never forget you!

Love,

Mary
