Daniel Dilla Obituary

Daniel J. Dilla, 68, of Lincoln passed away at his home on September 3, 2025. Born November 17, 1955, in St. Paul, Neb. to Daniel and LaVonne (Nelson) Dilla.
Daniel graduated from Central City High School in 1974. He worked for the State of Nebraska Regional Center in Lincoln for over 35 years.
An avid Husker fan, Daniel followed in his dad's footsteps as a UNL employee taking tickets or being a security guard whenever he was needed.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Daniel. He is survived by his mother, LaVonne and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, St. Luke United Methodist Church, 1621 Superior Street, Lincoln, Neb.
