The year Mr. Derby took over the position from Mr. Bomberger at the street dept., I worked on a grant paid postion with the city analysts. I was just out of school, and Mr. Derby was very nice to me. I am very sorry to hear of his passing.

My sympathy goes out the Derby family. As a young man living a block away on Scott Ave, Darrell was always a fun person to go talk to, and hang out with. He will be missed.
