I always enjoyed the students in her English and Speech classes. The SCHS plays were superb - her dance numbers were awesome. There were many very good days at that school!

One would be hard-pressed to find a kinder, gentler, sweeter, lovelier person than she was. What the World needs now, is more people like Carol Peyton. So thankful to have had her as a teacher at St. Cat's. If she had a temper at all, it was never seen nor heard by most. I don't think I ever hear her raise her voice once? How many people can say that about themselves, or another? God Rest Your Soul Mrs. Peyton, and thanks for the memories. I'm sure there is a special place in Heaven reserved just for you.
