Mary Jo,

Mark and I are so saddened by your sudden and tragic loss of Rachael. We don't get the paper regularly, and just found out she was your daughter. As we were walking the dog the other day, we went past 2040, and thought about you and Rachael, where you were, what you were doing...Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Hold on to your memories, she is now in the hands of God.

i've looked up the story a thousand times and kept reading every article i could find over and over again. it still (doesnt seem real at all), like she was just here.. living, breathing, & now.. i will never be able to see her again or talk to her again; she is irreplacable. her life & love & legacies will always be remembered. time will heal the pain and help us all realize it was for the better because God wanted her to be in his hands, away from this cold world. she is now watching over all of us and most of all; family and friends. she is now an angel with the most beautiful set of wings. waiting in heaven for us until our day comes to join her. we love you rach. we miss youu. :(((( see you laterrrr(:

REMEMBER

FOR RACHAEL

Even though you have gone to a better place
And we can never see your smiling face
In our hearts we know that time heals the sadness, anger and tears
But remember, our thoughts of you could never disappear
For you brought so much laughter and joy to the lives that you touched
And when the pain of losing you becomes too much
Remember, memories of you could never be replaced
Or the pain of your loss can never be erased
Remember, a day will come when we can accept and finally say
Remember that we will meet again someday

WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU WE LOVE YOU

Rachael was my sister in law and I had the chance to spend a great deal of time with her while growing up. She was also very close to my daughter Vanessa, her niece. It pains my heart to know I will never get a chance to see that beautiful smile again but she will always live in our hearts. Love your big brother Matthew, Paula, Vanessa, Matthew Jr, and Olivia Andersen

me and rachael were not close, and we didnt hang out much; but i did know her & it is soo sad to see yet another young life taken away. life on earth is hard, so God gave rachael a secure home and she is in a better place now & im certain she is making a beautiful angel. God had this all planned for her. we may not be able to see her and hear her voice but we are able to smile & live life knowing that she is out of harm's way. she no longer has to go through any pain.
-my prayers & sympathy go out to
rachael's family and close friends.-

I've known rachael a very long time, we went to school together, and grown up together. she was a fun person to be around, she always made me smile and laugh. We've had some good, fun memories together.
I been thinking about this since i got that call on saturday night. I just think it's so crazy that I just was with her a couple days before this happened.
But now I look at it this way, she's in gods hands now. Looking down on us, being our angel. She can look out for us. My heart and prayers go out to her and the family.

April 7, 2010

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
