My deepest sympathy to you George and family. It has been along time since we spoke, but learning of Anna's passing I wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers. (many years ago you helped me with information about a village in Hungry that I was to visit the Weis'/Weisling heritage. Thank you again. Also I am good friends with Dave and Sally Larsen which you are also. Much love.

Hallo George und Familie, gerade haben wir vom Tod eurer lieben Frau und Mutter erfahren. Wir sind sehr traurig und würden euch zu gerne in unsere Arme nehmen und trösten. Kennengelernt haben wir Anna im Jahre 1981, als wir das erste Mal beim Germanfest musiziert haben. Eine großartige Frau war Anna, eine tolle Gärtnerin, eine gute Köchin und ein hilfsbereite und immer gutgelaunte Person. So kennen wir sie und werden sie immer in unserer Erinnerung behalten. George wir denken an dich und wünschen dir sehr viel Kraft und Gottes Segen für die kommende Zeit.

George, you have my deepest sympathy. I did not have the pleasure of knowing her, but as I watched your eyes twinkle when you spoke of her, I know she was very special. One less light in the village of Murga but one new one in heaven.

Dear George & Family,
Our Friendship goes back to when our Dad (John Habenicht) owned the Wisconsin Hall and you use to practice with the Zither Club. I was 11 years old and use to sit on the steps and listen to all of you practice with Han Fuerst. My Dad would bring me along to your home in his oil truck and your wonderful wife Anna always had goodies for us and you had the bottles of schnupps & beers for my Dad. Good times wee had by our Parents (John & Mary Habenicht) and our Sister Marlene with you. May the wonderful memories you & the family have of Anna help you through these difficult times. Our hearts are sad with you. We will miss Anna. We will miss her compassion and sincere "how are you"?
Her Christmas bakery every year came delivered with a kiss and hug. Each time we were together she shared about Stephen and Joseph - most recently Joseph beginning to drive. She was so proud of them and always showed us her latest photos. We pray for God's comfort for you and remember His promise of our reunion in Heaven, love Sally and Dave
