It's so hard to find words to describe our wonderful Uncle Tony. I'll never forget the trips to Army Lake. He would pile me, Don, Rosemary and Tom into his little 2 door coupe and off we would go. I always enjoyed visiting with him on my trips home and he always had his cherry, "hello pal, how are you." A the end of our visit I always got a hug and "God bless." I am so glad we got to visit in May when you were here for a wedding. There will never be another one like our Uncle Tony. I will miss him.

I'll always remember Tony practicing his golf shots in the backyard. He had those chip shots done to a science. He was a great friend and neighbor to my mom and dad. Our family will always keep him in our hearts.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of this wonderful person. My grandmother Marjorie has told me many stories of him. I didn't get the chance to meet him. May you rest in peace.

I remember when we were kids, Uncle Tony would ask us questions like: “ ‘If I had (sixty)/(six tea) cups and I broke two of them' or ‘If I had (twenty-six)/(twenty sick) sheep and two of them died,' how many would I have left?” Of course you could never answer correctly. Back then I used to think they (the questions) were kind of hokey, but now I find myself asking the grandkids or their friends the same kind of questions and thinking of Uncle Tony. He was a great man who always had time for us. He was (and always will be) one of my favorite uncles.

My dearest Dorothy,
I was so sad to hear about Tony's passing. You are both loved so much by Adam and I. Tony and you are the most honest people I have ever known. Tony's spirit will be with us always. Eternal rest grant unto him oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him, may he rest in peace Amen.
