Bruce Calan Klein

Klein, Bruce Calan At 92 years of age, passed away at home comfortably and peacefully in the presence and embrace of his loving family on May 18, 2016. He enjoyed a long life with his wife Carol, with whom he just celebrated 67 years of marriage, four loved daughters, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Bruce enjoyed traveling the world, keeping active and busy with many projects, and, in his younger days, going out dancing with his bride. He was always up for a nice long talk and could light up a room with his big grin and smiling eyes. His funny riddles, quirky sayings and familiar jokes (that just somehow never seemed to get old) will remain as beloved classics with his loved ones. Bruce remained faithful to his God Jehovah and was a member of the Pewaukee congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Bruce/Dad/Papa/Grandpa/Great- Papa valued love of family, loyalty, hard work, and strength of character. He will be missed dearly. Bruce was preceded in death by his daughter Barb and sisters, Muriel and Lois. He is survived by his wife Carol (nee Heimerl); daughters, Jan Ehli, Donna (David) Peterson, and Lori (Jeff) Kosanke; grandchildren, Sarah (Michael) Cady, Ryan (Mychelle) Ehli, Nicolas, Angelina and Raquel Peterson, and Candice and Nicole Kosanke; great-grandchildren, Helena and Caleb Cady, Caden Peterson, and Gabriel Ehli The family is thankful for the love and support they have received from family, friends and caregivers. Abiding by Bruce's wishes, there will be no formal memorial service and instead the family will have a private family celebration of his life.
